Honey

Honey can not rot because of the large osmotic pressure (osmotic pressure depends on the mass of substance dissolved per 100 milliliters of solution) so that bacteria will soon undergo a process of dehydration and death
Due to the nature of botulinum endospores in honey, children under one year should not be given honey. Adult digestive system has evolved so that it can destroy the spores. But the baby could get food poisoning from honey.
